Elif Naz Kayran received her PhD from the Graduate Institute of Geneva in 2020.  She was affiliated with the Unequal Democracies as a PhD student and retained this affiliation as a post-doctoral researcher at Leiden University.  She is currently a Research Associate at the European Center for Social Welfare Policy and Research in Vienna.
